Think of our clinicians as friends who happen to have MDs in just the “right” areas. They tackle the issues that you might not know underlie your symptoms. They offer solutions for those questions you are not likely to bring to your regular doctor. You get that yearly physical, right? No shame, but we’re all for being open about our health concerns and celebrating the opportunity to look and feel better.

A seasoned orthopedic surgeon proudly serving the communities of Bristol & Litchfield CT. Currently, I am affiliated with Litchfield Hills Orthopedic Associates, specializing in sports medicine. My expertise lies in treating shoulders, hips, and knees using the latest techniques. My educational journey began at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by a residency at Hofstra University’s North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System. I further honed my skills with a fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at the University of Massachusetts. Research is a passion of mine, and I’ve contributed to numerous journals in my specialty. I’ve also had the privilege of presenting at various professional society meetings.
Over the years, I’ve been associated with the medical teams of local Connecticut baseball outfits like the Bristol Blues and New Britain Bees. Before my tenure at Bristol Hospital, I served the Red Sox organization and various educational institutions, including Worcester State University and Becker College. I’m an active member of several esteemed professional bodies, including the American Academy of Osteopathic Sports Medicine and the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, to name a few.
Outside of my professional life, I have a zest for weight lifting, running, martial arts, and team sports like basketball and volleyball. Creativity flows through me as I indulge in drawing, painting, playing the guitar, and experimenting in the kitchen.
