If your package appears damaged, is missing items, or arrives warm/overheated, contact BioRestore within 48 hours of delivery. Prompt notification allows us to work directly with the pharmacy to review the shipment and, when appropriate, request a replacement.
Unfortunately, concerns reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for pharmacy review or replacement.
