Appointment & Scheduling Policy
To provide the best care and ensure timely service for all our patients, we have a few important scheduling guidelines. These policies help us keep our appointments running smoothly and allow all patients to receive the attention they deserve.
1. New Consultations
If you are a no-show or arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $99 fee will be charged. We will do our best to accommodate you, but same-day rescheduling cannot be guaranteed due to scheduling constraints.
2. IV Therapy & Pellet Procedures
If you are a no-show or arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $99 fee will be charged.
3. Regenerative Medicine Injections
A $1000 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment.
