Appointment & Scheduling Policy
To provide the best care and ensure timely service for all our patients, we have a few important scheduling guidelines. These policies help us keep our appointments running smoothly and allow all patients to receive the attention they deserve.
1. Appointments, Including IV Therapy & In-Office Procedures
No-shows, arrivals more than 15 minutes late, or cancellations/reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $99 fee. While we will do our best to accommodate schedule changes, same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed.
2. Regenerative Medicine Injections
A $1000 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment. Fee can then be applied towards service.
